Headlight Alignment

I am looking for some directions for headlight specifications/alignment/adjustment for a 74 Sonett.

The bucket adjustment screws are under the chrome trim ring, which pops off. No pattern specs are given in the Service Manual (available on this site). If your pop up system has been apart or is out of adjustment there is a procedure in the manual starting on pg 351-1.
