Degraded foam covers shade (modifications in green)<\/p><\/div>\n

The sunroof shade may conflict with the mounted third brake light<\/a>, depending on its style and location, so a modification may be necessary. <\/p>\n

To remove the shade, first remove the glass sunroof. Move the sunroof glass to the rear tilt-up position; three torx bolts hold each side of the glass and access is relatively easy after removing a protective cover (covers vary by model — some are one piece rubber fan-like designs and others are twin plastic strips). <\/p>\n
